Our mother organization is Henry County Soccer Association (HCSA), one of the largest soccer associations in Georgia.
The HCSA Academy (U8 - U12) and Select teams (U13 and older) compete under the name "Thunder Soccer Club" or short "TSC". Our club uses the label "Elite" for the team that plays in the highest competitive level of the age group.

We are Thunder 96 Elite (boys), the premier U14 boys team in our club. The core of our team plays together since more than 7 years already. All of our boys have chosen the "beautiful game" as their sport number one - or should we say better passion - because only if you are passionate you are able to invest time and effort like our players have over the course of the years.
Some of our boys have aquired remarkable skills during the time and despite some recent setbacks the team had plenty of success.

We are currently playing our home games on the Henry County Soccer Complex in McDonough.

The members of our team, parents and players, have become a tight-knit soccer family during the years. We help each other and celebrate with each other.
We also consider us a little different than some other Select teams. For instance we abstain from actively recruiting new players from other clubs. Instead we are focusing on giving our existing players a top class development environment close to home, where they don't have to drive many hours per week. Instead they can spend the saved time on the field practicing. We believe firmly that this is in the best interest of our boys and youth soccer generally. We have a fairly stable team where the boys have become long-term friends and are growing up together as persons and as players. That does not mean that we are not welcoming a good new player if he shows interest in joining us. We are just not out there to prey on players of other club.
